Vision
To unite with his fellow Rwandans to change the wrong leadership and governance in Rwanda. To champion equal distribution of the country’s resources for every citizen without discrimination, segregation, and prejudices.

He is an expert in Information Technology (I.T.) and a Finance professional 
His Passion
Mr. Jean Paul Ntagara joined politics because he wants to fight against social injustices so that every Rwandan can be accessible in her/his country. That is, every Rwandan should be free to live in any place in Rwanda, own land, and grow crops of his/her choice without being forced to grow unwanted and unplanned crops without profound reason. Also, he is fighting for free and fair elections in which every Rwandan can freely choose his/her leaders.
