was born in 1971 in Rwanda. He has both a Rwandan and French citizenship. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Theology (Rome), a Master Degree of Philosophy (University of Rouen, France) and is finishing a dissertation for a PhD of Law (Le Havre Normandy University, France), hoping to defend his thesis in the Spring of 2025.

Over the years, Padri Thomas Nahimana has exercised different activities including being a Catholic Priest in Rwanda and France, an Analyst, a Professor of Labor law at “Institut Supérieur Professionnel de Normandie” ( ISPN) in France and Professor of Political Philosophy at African Institute of Public Administration ( AIPA). 

Padri Thomas Nahimana hosts political and diverse social shows daily through his YouTube channels like ISINIJURU TV & THE HIGHEST MEDIA with more than hundred thousand of subscribers.

Padri Thomas Nahimana currently does international mediation, having opened "Thomas International Mediation Center" www.thomasmediation.org. 

Padri Thomas Nahimana is a politician, who has been very vocal about politics of the African Great Lakes Region in general and Rwandan politics in particular, striving for people to enjoy their full freedom. For that purpose, he took the decision to enter a political career in about 2010, founding a political party called “Ishema Party” and thereafter, the Rwandan People’s Government in Exile (GREX), which he has been presiding since February 2017 to this day. 

Padri Thomas Nahimana, is a Rwandan Opposition Leader, with an amazing and promising Team called GREX (Rwandan People’s Government in exile) composed of Prime Minister, two Vice-Prime Ministers, 33 Ministers, a Team of Judiciary composed of Judges, and a Team of Members of Parliament. He has founded a Government Institute for training leaders in Public Administration and Military social science. Padri Thomas Nahimana has been working hard in getting prepared to become the next President of the Republic of Rwanda. 

He says that " People get to be slaves only because they agree to become so!" He therefore believes in the fact that Rwandans can be freed from “Voluntary Servitude" to be participants in choosing their own leaders to enjoy their full freedom.
