I was born in 1971 in Rwanda. I am of Rwandan and French citizenship. I hold a Bachelor degree of Christian Theology (Rome), a Master Degree of Philosophy (University of Rouen, France) and I am finishing a dissertation for a PhD of Law (Le Havre Normandie University, France). I worked as an Analyst; a Professor of Labor Law and Political Philosophy at University level; I host political and diverse social shows daily through my YouTube channels like; ISINIJURU TV & The Highest Media with more than 64 thousand of subscribers.

I currently work as a Mediator in France. I intend to use all the knowledge and experience I have gained to help my community worldwide.
