Vu l'article 24, 25, 33 du décret-loi n° 01/2024 du 14 janvier 2024, portant Organisation, compétence et fonctionnement de la Cour du Peuple, et les articles 66, 67 et 68 de la Loi N° 30/ 2018 du 02/ 06/2018 portant compétence des juridictions au Rwanda.

Assignons à Mr Paul Kagame, fils de Deogratias Rutagambwa et Asteria Bisinda, né le 23/10/1957 sur la colline de Nyarutovu, Ruhango, commune Tambwe, Gitarama, domicile/résidence/lieu de travail : 54 KG 7 Ave, Kigali, Rwanda, Téléphone +250783016841, email info@gov.rw, Twitter (X): @PaulKagame, @UrugwiroVillage, marié à Jeannette Nyiramongi, père de quatre enfants, ancien militaire au rang de Général Major, l’actuel Président de la République du Rwanda depuis le 24 mars, 2000.

Qu'il doit comparaitre devant la Cour du Peuple, siégeant en matière pénale, le 1 Février 2024, à 18h00 heure de Paris, ou 19h00 heure de Kigali, par voie électronique sur ISINIJURU TV, pour répondre aux charges retenues contre lui par le Ministère Public, dans le procès N° RP. 001/URDA/24/PI dont les parties sont le Procureur Général et le Président Paul Kagame.

Des charges :

1.     Violation grave et délibérée de la Constitution, infraction prévue par l'article 105 de la Constitution de la République du Rwanda,

2.     Actes de trahison dans l’intention de nuire à la défense nationale de l’État rwandais, à ses relations diplomatiques ou à ses intérêts économiques essentiels et amener le Rwanda à entrer en guerre ou en hostilité avec un autre pays, infraction prévue à l'article 192 al.7, 197 de la loi n° 68/2018 du 30/08/2018 déterminant les infractions et les peines en général, modifiée par la loi nº 059/2023 du 04/12/2023.

Considering articles 24, 25, 33 of Decree-Law No. 01/2024 of January 14, 2024, relating to the Organization, jurisdiction and functioning of the People's Court, and articles 66, 67 and 68 of Law No. 30/ 2018 of 02/06/2018 determining the jurisdiction of the courts in Rwanda.

Assign to Mr Paul Kagame, son of Deogratias Rutagambwa and Asteria Bisinda, born on 23/10/1957 in Nyarutovu village, Ruhango, Tambwe, Gitarama, domicile/residence/working place: 54 KG 7 Ave, Kigali, Rwanda, Telephone +250783016841, email info @gov.rw, Twitter (X): @PaulKagame, @UrugwiroVillage, married to Jeannette Nyiramongi, father of four children, former soldier at the rank of Major General, the current President of the Republic of Rwanda since 24th march, 2000.

That he must appear before the People's Court, sitting in criminal matters, on February 1, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. Paris time, or 7:00 p.m. Kigali time, electronically on ISINIJURU TV, to respond to the charges brought against him by the Prosecution, in trial No. RP. 001/URDA/24/PI parties being the Attorney General and President Paul Kagame.

Charges:

1.     Serious and deliberate violation of the Constitution, offense provided for in article 105 of the Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda,

2.     Acts of treason with an intention of undermining national defence, diplomatic relations or essential economic interest of the Rwandan Government and causing Rwanda to be at war or in hostility with another country, offense provided for in article 192 al.7, 197 of Law No. 68/2018 of 08/30/2018 determining offenses and penalties in general, amended by Law No. 059/2023 of 04/12/2023.

Aliowawa Jeannette Nyiramongi, ni baba wa watoto wanne. Ni mwanajeshi mstaafu wa cheo cha Meja Jenerali, Rais wa Jamhuri ya Rwanda tangu tarehe 24 mwezi wa 3, mwaka 2000.

Bwana Paul Kagame anapaswa kufika mbele ya Mahakama kuu ya Wananchi, ikiketi kusikiliza kesi za jinai, tarehe 1 Februari 2024, saa kumi na mbiri jioni (18h00) saa ya Paris, au saa moja (19h00) usiku saa ya Kigali, kupitia mawasiliano ya mtandaoni kwenye ISINIJURU TV, kujibu mashtaka yanayomkabili kutoka kwa Mashtaka ya Umma, kwenye kesi namba RP. 001/URDA/24/PI, Mwendesha mashtaka Mkuu dhidi ya Rais Paul Kagame.

Mashtaka yanayomkabili:

1.     Uhaini kama ilivyoelezewa katika vifungu 192 al.7, 197 vya sheria namba 68/2018 ya tarehe 30/08/2018 inayosimamia makosa na adhabu kwa ujumla, kama ilivyorekebishwa na sheria nº 059/2023 ya tarehe 04/12/2023.

2.     Kukiwuka kwa makusudi Katiba, kama inavyoelezwa na kifungu cha 105 cha Katiba ya Jamhuri ya Rwanda.
