GREX PASSPORT*.
PROBLEM:
Not all Rwandans people may get their passports from their land of birth. Only Rwandan that are granted it by the Rwandan government may get one. Having an identification is not a right in Rwanda.
SOLUTION:
GREX (Rwandan Government in Exile) has made a project to help Rwandans still have something that can identify and prove that they were once Rwandan citizens.

PROBLEM:
The Rwandan community living in the vast jungle of the DRC since 1994 don’t have a ID card.
